Data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of selected UltimateLift data while keeping your account open. UltimateLift is operated by Lifty Fitness Ltd.

How to request data deletion

  1. Email support@ultimatelift.app from the email address you use for your UltimateLift account.
  2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  3. Tell us which data you want deleted. Do not include health details, payment card details, or other sensitive information in the email.
  4. We will verify the request before deleting data. If you no longer have access to the account email address, we may ask for additional information to confirm account ownership.

Data you can ask us to delete

Depending on what data exists in your account, you can ask us to delete selected categories such as:

Deleting some categories may reduce how well the app can personalise your training. For example, if health declarations or body metrics are deleted, you may need to enter them again before related features work as expected.

Data we may need to keep

Some information may be retained where we need it to provide the service, protect the platform, or meet legal obligations.
