Account deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your UltimateLift account and associated personal data. UltimateLift is operated by Lifty Fitness Ltd.
How to request account deletion
- Email support@ultimatelift.app from the email address you use for your UltimateLift account.
- Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Tell us that you want your UltimateLift account deleted. Do not include health details, payment card details, or other sensitive information in the email.
- We will verify the request before taking destructive action. If you no longer have access to the account email address, we may ask for additional information to confirm account ownership.
If you can still sign in to the app, you may also start account deletion from Profile, then Sign-in and security, then Delete account.
What is deleted or anonymised
When an account deletion request is verified and completed, we delete or anonymise personal account data that is no longer needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations.
- Account identifiers such as email address and display name.
- Member profile information, including date of birth where held.
- Health declarations, joint flags, health notes, and profile photos.
- Body metrics and body photos where held.
- Wearable connections and wearable observations where held.
- Feedback attribution linked to your account.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained where we have a legitimate reason or legal obligation to keep it.
- Training and session history may be retained only in anonymised form or where needed for platform integrity.
- Billing, subscription, tax, refund, fraud, and chargeback records may be retained where required by law or payment-platform rules.
- Security, abuse-prevention, support, and audit records may be retained where needed to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.
- Backup copies expire through our normal backup lifecycle. If a backup restore reintroduces deleted data, the deletion request is replayed.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete verified requests within the time required by applicable law. If a request is complex, we will explain the next step.
